Latina is the Founder and CEO of True Home Care LLC, built the agency from a deep understanding of what quality home care should truly be. 

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Latina brings a strong clinical background that includes hands-on patient care in clinical and ICU settings, as well as extensive experience managing an adult foster care facility.                 
Through her journey in healthcare, she witnessed firsthand the gaps in the home care industry impersonal services, lack of compassion, and systems that focused on tasks instead of people. 
 
These experiences inspired her to create an agency rooted in integrity, personalized care, and genuine human connection.
